Le Belvedere can accommodate ceremonies of up to 200 persons. We offer both indoor and outdoor ceremonies.

We strongly recommend a ceremony start time between 4pm and 5pm, followed by cocktail hour.
Dinner generally starts between 6pm and 7pm.

Guests are welcome after dinner, however, certain bar and food requirements may need to be met.
This can be discussed with your wedding planner.

We have a minimum of 120 persons on a Saturday between May and October. 100 Persons on a Friday. 100 persons on a Sunday of a long weekend and a minimum of 100 persons on a Sunday, 75 Monday-Thursday. Minimums apply from May 1st-Oct 31st. Minimums in November-April are 100 guests on Saturday and 75 Guests all other days of the week. 

We have both an indoor and outdoor ceremony site available. Our outdoor site is a breathtaking cliff-side wedding arbor with your guests overlooking beautiful rolling hills. Our lower level indoor ceremony is a beautiful private site dedicated solely for indoor ceremonies with the same breathtaking views.

We do all of the catering on site at Le Belvedere. We will make exceptions for certain items such as wedding cakes, sweets and baked goods. However, we must be notified ahead of time.

Yes we do. Our only request is that we receive any dietary requirements ahead of time.

Yes, we have a fully licensed Bar at Le Belvedere as well as multiple bar packages to choose from. Off site liquor is not permitted.

Last call is 1:00am with the venue closing at 1:30am.

You are welcome to bring any decor as long as there is no damage to the building (ie tacks in walls or tape that may remove paint). Candles are permitted as long as they are in votives.

We do not do onsite rehearsals however you will have a planning meeting scheduled the week prior to your wedding to cover all the final details, including your ceremony. You will also have a coordinator on your wedding day to direct your ceremony 

At any time after you reserve your date, our wedding planner is available to answer your questions regarding all aspects of your event (ie decorations, set up, food service). Your wedding planner will be your contact throughout the process to finalize all the details of your day, from menu to timeline. Your wedding planner will also be present throughout your wedding day.

Le Belvédère requires a deposit in the amount of $5,000 to secure your date.

Yes! We would love to show you around. We are very flexible and give tours when it’s convenient for your schedule, including nights and weekends. Please call or email to set up an appointment.

On-site parking is complimentary.

We have a guesthouse on site for the day of your wedding. It offers three separate suites, a full dressing room and sleeps up to 8 guests. This is included in your wedding package! In addition, we also offer an all-inclusive package at The Wakefield Grand for up to 28 persons which includes breakfast and shuttle service to and from Le Belvédère. The village of Wakefield is just a short 5 minute drive and also offers several additional options for accommodations. View accommodations.

Le Belvédère is fully air-conditioned.

Le Belvédère offers a state-of-the-art sound system. There are 18 top of the line RGA speakers wired into the facility. Every room offers its own inputs and volume control. We have additional equipment available to you including; 2 wireless microphones, 2 lapel microphones, 2 HD built in projection screens and multi-coloured LED lighting in the dining room.
